   Defective Shock Absorbers

Type: Personal Injury

Our law firm litigated this product liability case against the manufacturers of Gabriel, Inc. air adjustable shock absorber on behalf of Greg Marques. Mr. Marques became comatose after the 1975 Buick Regal he was riding in crashed due to shock absorbers causing the car to swerve out of control. After a jury trial finding of liability by the manufacturer, we obtained a settlement exceeding $6 million.
