Cincinnati False Claims Act law firm Helmer, Martins, Rice, & Popham, Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce that its President, James B. Helmer, Jr. will represent Relator’s Counsel in the upcoming CLE “The False Claims Act Today” on October 10, 2017. This CLE is presented by The Federal Bar Association Qui Tam Section with support from the Cincinnati Chapter.
The CLE will provide a general overview of the FCA, a discussion of relevant Supreme Court cases, practice tips, recent developments in the Sixth Circuit, and a panel discussion to provide diverse perspectives on FCA practice.
Also participating in the CLE will be Honorable Michael R. Barrett, Judge U.S District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; Matthew Horwitz, Assistant US Attorney; William Posey, Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (representing defense counsel); R. Scott Oswald, The Employment Law Group P.C. (moderator).
The CLE will be held on October 10, 2017 from 11:30 AM- 2:00 PM at 600 Vine St. Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, third floor conference room.
Lunch will be provided.
